Fleet Management

Vehicle Recovery & Control Room
We have a 24/7 manned control room that is run as a joint venture between Rentrak and Soltrack, they have a national footprint throughout South Africa as well as having strong relationships with the police air wing, flying squad and border control.
Fleet Consultant
A consultant is assigned to the Client for the duration of the contract. The consultant maintains continuity; understands the clients’ operations and their unique requirements.
Help Desk
Their function includes unit health checks in consultation with the Fleet consultant, scheduling maintenance, new installations, and de-installations. They ensure a 24-48 hour turnaround time for maintenance, provided the vehicles are made available.
After Hours Maintenenance
Maintenance is included in the pricing during working hours. Weekend and after-hours maintenance and installations are available as an option. We use our own in-house technicians based in JHB and KZN, with strategic partners in CPT and PE.
